Ryan Ferguson Named Assistant Brokerage Manager for Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty
in Bronxville and Irvington

Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty announced that Ryan Ferguson will assume the role of Assistant Brokerage Manager for the firm’s Bronxville and Irvington brokerages. Ferguson brings to the position vast knowledge and understanding of the real estate market in the region, as well as in-depth experience with brokerage operations and digital strategy.
With nine years of real estate experience and expertise in product operations management, technology training and adoption, project management and marketing communications, Ferguson is well equipped to help drive growth at the two brokerages. He also plans to bring together his marketing- and tech-savvy approach to foster business development initiatives for the Bronxville and Irvington agents.
Having worked for William Pitt – Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty as Manager, Product Operations from 2018 to 2020, Ferguson said he is excited to be returning to the company.
“I feel like I’m coming back home,” said Ferguson, an Eastchester native. “The Sotheby’s International Realty brand has instant recognition, so whether you’re listing a house or working with a homebuyer, the heritage of the firm is always impressive to clients. We’re also lucky to have incredible leadership here.”
Ferguson’s previous positions include roles in operations, technology and agent support for several large area real estate firms. His passion for, and understanding of, the role that technology plays in real estate helps to set him apart.
“I’m able to bridge the gap for agents, teaching them how to make technology work for them, how to properly reach out to their database to drive business and increase their local reach,” he said.
“I am thrilled to have Ryan assume this leadership role with Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty,” said Virginia Doetsch, Bronxville and Irvington Brokerage Office Manager. “I know our agents as well as our clients in these key Westchester markets will greatly benefit from his expertise and skillset.”
Ferguson lives in Bergen County, N.J., where he recently purchased a home with his husband. Renovating the home with DIY projects is his favorite pastime.
