Bronxville’s Nobile, Magarian & DiSalvo is now part of Baillie & Hershman
The law offices of Baillie & Hershman P.C. announced that Nobile, Magarian & DiSalvo, LLP, located in Bronxville has joined with Baillie & Hershman to expand the firm’s northeast footprint.
“Nobile, Magarian & DiSalvo, LLP has a long history in the region and an impeccable reputation for client service,” said Jay Hershman, partner. “Bronxville is an ideal location that will help us provide expanded services to our clients, and to strategically grow our real estate practice.”
The newly formed entity will retain all existing attorneys and staff. The name and branding change was official as of April 1. This is the first Baillie & Hershman location in New York.
“We are excited to be able to draw on Baillie & Hershman’s expansive infrastructure and experience,” said Matthew Kerner, partner. “Our clients will benefit from access to counsel throughout the northeast, as well as in Florida.”
The Bronxville location, 111 Kraft Avenue, will be headed by Kerner. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from The State University of New York at Purchase, and a juris doctor from Pace University School of Law. Matthew’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, representing both purchasers and sellers of residential or commercial property.
