Bronxville Police Department Recognized During Lutheran Schools Week at The Chapel School
On Wednesday, March 6, The Chapel School community was pleased to welcome and recognize Chief Satriale and several of his officers from the Bronxville Police Department at a special Lutheran Schools Week service. The week’s theme was “CONNECTED”, and a school-wide service project was the collection of treats for the Bronxville PD, as a small token of appreciation for their public service. Principal Michael Schultz shared a message about how we are CONNECTED to God and each other as we are unified in joy and celebration, striving toward lives of service as a family bound and protected by God’s Love.
“We felt strongly that the Bronxville PD should be recognized for their lives of service and their dedication to protecting the community, which includes our school ‘home’,” commented Schultz. “Aside from their regular presence, BPD’s guidance, cooperation, and review have enabled us to implement a series of state-of-the-art security measures that keep our faculty, staff, and students safe and set our families’ minds at ease. We truly appreciate the Bronxville PD, their partnership and service.”
